Sanjay welcomed us on arrival. Lovely clean room and ensuite. Fresh towels, little treats in the room, fruit, milk, breakfast cereal, coffee tea etc. just what you need for a night stay over. Sanjay provided clear location and photos to guide us to the appt. Lovely safe part of town. Heating in the room if you needed it.

Location was about 20 minutes walk from New Street train station. We enjoyed the walk but could easily have booked an uber if needed.

Quiet & warm

A bit shabby, but clean.

Great location, parking near by aswell. Room was beautifully decorated and the bed was comfortable. Only critisism is perhaps some sugar for the morning teas/coffees, a bottle opener and a plant based milk option would of been nice. But overall, fantastic

Squeaky sound of the floor

Simple and clean apartment in a convenient location, with breakfast provided.

It is very small, and bed was too short for a tall person. Also, while breakfast was provided, no one asked for dietary requirements. I can't have milk nor gluten, which means that I couldn't have pastries or milk provided, leaving only a piece of fruit for breakfast.
