Avoid staying if you need an invoice. Myself and booking.com have reached out multiple times and we are just ignored. The stay has cost me personally as I need the invoice to claim back expenses. The flat itself is ok.

Good location.

The premises needs a freshen up, works incomplete and broken tiles on the floor and backsplash in the kitchen.

Really light and clean.

We could have done with a hand towel and soap in the bathroom. No problem sharing 3 bath towels amongst 4 of us but a hand towel would have been great.

Lovely flat and host fantastic location Staff were extremely accommodating and very helpful

-Great communication from the host, instructions were left on how to access key from lockbox -Apartment is like an indoor treehouse, very quirky , rustic feel and great use of space -extras such as tea/coffee/sugar were left which was a nice touch -Easy to park on residential street - very sassy cat visited us everyday - one of the highlights of our trip 😽

Not a big deal, but could do with a bath mat as bathroom floor tiles were very slippy
