It was cold and dirty. There was rubbish left under the sofa and no heating. They later deducted £150 out of the deposit for a small makeup stain on the duvet which was washable. Therefore we will not be staying there again. Horrible customer service as they do not answer when we are trying to dispute the problem.

Awful experience regarding stained duvets, bed linen and pillows. Brown stains found on them on the first night. Asked them to send cleaners the next morning but they did not. Agreed on a time for them to come in the evening but to call me in advance to avoid missing them. Did not come at agreed time or ring me to let me know. Instead the staff lied saying they did ring when there was no missed call, text or voice mail. given the conditions of uncleanliness of the bedding, it effectively left one room uninhabitable. Asked for a refund/compensation for a £320 stay and only received £25 goodwill from booking. Given that we have come out of a pandemic, cleanliness should be the number one priority of any hotel so to find items of bedding stained has definitely put me off staying here again.
