Apartment no 11 - Amarilia Apartments

The accomodation was located in a good area, clean and modern.

There isn't any mention that the apartment is at the 4th floor, with no elevator. Also, the mattress of the bed is hard as the floor, and the shower drainage was not working at all, we had to fix it ourselves with mr muscle. Indeed, the owner refunded the amount, but the discomfort and the job done was not discounted in any way. We should be guests, not plumbers.

I adore Constata,location is excellent, near Neversea ⛱️, Souvlaki bar ,coffee shops and stores.

Water pressure is good ,but isn't possible to control the constat temperature in shower.

We absolutely loved our stay at this apartment. The location is amazing. The supermarket, good coffee places and pharmacies are within a couple of minutes walk. There is everything you need to cook decent meals. Welcome coffee and drinks were also quite cool and warming. We requested a kettle and it was delivered super fast. I would definitely recommend this apartment to my friends

The only downside isn’t even about the apartment but the fact that it’s located on the 5th floor and as we had 2 toddlers with us it was a real challenge 🙈

Very nice, clean, all commodities available. It's close to beach, many coffee and restaurants nearby.

For someone who likes a very quite night, there is some noise. Also the interior of the building is very old and kind of creepy, but once you get inside the apartment it's another world.
