"Well kept and spacious flat and easy to check-in"

Nice and spacious rooms and everything was in good shape. Access was easy and clear instructions. I asked for a late check-out on the day and Lindsay agreed it at short notice.

"Great alternative to a hotel"

Great alternative to a hotel on busy weeks when hotel rates rocket The quality of furniture and fittings was excellent Self check-in and checkout was easy There are good restaurants around within minutes walking

The allocated car parking space is tiny, not fit for SUV The gas fire in the lounge didn't work The apartment is dark - you need the lights on all the time There was a secured back exit door onto the car park, which I felt uncomfortable about.

"Superb"

Location was great, right in the jewelry quarter and close to down town.. Good walking location. Unit was very clean and well equipped. Check in directions were spot on. We enjoyed our stay. They do mention in the description that there are two bathrooms but only one has a toilet. A little odd but not an issue for us. There are two showers.

Parking spot is very tight. It's between 4 posts so access is difficult with other cars in the lot. This is for the Ruby Suite. The other suite has a little more room -no posts to navigate. We were in a Range Rover. It did fit but it was tight! Not a big issue but be warned if you have a larger vehicle. They do mention no big vehicles in the ad and there is alternative parking available.

"Lovely stay."

Very spacious, luxury beds and bedding, comfortable sofa and great bedrooms. Lots of wood and feels homely.

Slightly overpriced and kitchenware wasn’t good enough.

"Luxury"

Spacious , everything we needed available.. Clean , beds were soo comfy !! Good quality property for a reasonable price.The area was quiet too .The little touches like chocs on towels and basket of coffees etc made it just that lil bit more this company go the extra mile to make sure guests happy xx

Toilet was a lil stiff to flush
