"Apart from the noise outside the bedroom window, the property was nice and comfortable for a few nights. I was there."

The property was cleaned and comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay.

There was a little bit of traffic noise outside the bedroom windows, and you can hear people walking and talking by the bedroom window at night. It will be good to have some bedroom curtains to block out the sunlight.

"The best place to stay in Birmingham"

Extremely inviting, well designed and fully equipped apartment 8-10 minutes walk from the City Center yet in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very pleasant and responsive, and you can tell that he loved receiving guests and providing them with an excellent and comfortable experience while visiting Birmingham.

No instructions for hob No instructions for TV - accessing the box wasn't easy as remote batteries needed replacing

"Rip off took deposit then didn’t return till I complained to booking.com still kept £50 deposit"

Accusation of damage and then informed about damage 3 days later, poor service and rip off - DO NOT STAY HERE.

Contemporary, well-appointed apartment. Spotlessly clean throughout. Being met by the host on arrival was good. He gave directions on where to find free parking nearby. After 5 p.m. is the best time to find a parking spot. The property is in a secure location with locked, gated access. Well-positioned for the Jewelery Quarter.

A minor issue, but I'm a light sleeper and prefer pitch black in the bedroom. It was an early start for me the next morning with the white, vertical blinds at the window.

Fantastic facilities including a kitchen area. Spacious bathroom. Property was very clean too

Only feedback would be extra pillows in the wardrobes if guests need it:)
