1 Bedroom Jewellery Quarter Apartment

Nice neighbourhood, great pub/restaurant on the corner (Temper & Brown). Appartment is comfortable.

Curtains in the bedroom are so thin you wake up early every morning. Communication upon arrival was a bit difficult. We announced our arrival time but there was no one to meet us and we had to call again to get entrance.

It was very pretty and had everything you would need. Very clean and great spaces. Close to the city centre and well connected. Great value for money. Jordan’s brother welcomed us and was very nice to meet him.

I’d suggest just some hangers for the towels in the bathroom but generally everything was great.

Clean, easily accessible

I paid a £100 deposit and was promised I would have it back within 24 hours after I left the property. I have tried contacting the owners by booking.com and by telephone with leaving a VM. I have not heard back from them when I left the apartment immaculate and in the same state that I found it in. I am extremely disappointed by this.

The landlord is very helpful, the interior is clean and tidy, and there is more space

The landlord was a little late in picking up the keys, no toiletries in the indoor bathroom, half an hour walk from the central area

Mattress wasn't the best. No soap in kitchen and no body wash in bathroom
