This place is absolutely rotten , it's disgustingly dirty , everything is rusty, cracked, broken , nothing had been cleaned and it was flat out disgusting. The photographs do not show true . I tried to complain for a refund instead of putting a review , but I've been ignored.

Really good use of the space available and didn’t feel at all small

Wasn’t very clean, lots of cobwebs, as well as generally ‘grubby’ and a lack of plates/bowls

Great location for Sandwell Aquatics Centre

Comfortable bed and sofa, oven, cooking hob and washing machine were great

not much in the way of utensils, knives etc considering there are such good cooking facilities. The great thing about staying somewhere with a kitchen is being able to cook a meal. Tea towel would have been good to have, too.
