This apartment has recently become my personal favorite in Constanta as it's the second time I've stayed here. I chose it for the view on the terrace, it is spectacular in the morning and at night, the perfect place to relax. I love the layout and in general it has all the facilities you need. It is central and very close to the restaurants and beaches. The host was nice and the communication went well over whatsapp, we had no issues. Yes, it is on the third floor in an old (beautiful) building so it's not for the faint of heart :)

Unfortunately I have to mention this, our main issues was that the place was not clean this time around; it was fine when I first visited back in 2021 but I suppose in the meantime it's had loads of tourists checking in and with time some things have worn out. However, the kitchen cabinets and all appliances (including the fridge) were visibly dirty, the bathroom/shower the same, furniture was dusty... We understand there was little time to clean in between guests checking in and out during the day but hygiene is important especially for this price. I think a deep clean and attention to details is required for the place, especially because it is actually pretty and has a lot of potential. Yes it can also be noisy but that is due to the location, with the windows shut it is fine. Also, an iron (fier de calcat) would have been useful.

Great location, close to the beach and a very lovely view to the Touristic Port of Constanta.

- the size of the rooms were quite big - location in tre city center and close to the sea side

- dust all over the place: over the curtains, in the woredrobe - the cleaning people were absent
