Cel mai mult apreciez curățenia făcută cu simț de răspundere și dimensiunea apartamentului. Ne-a ajutat foarte mult și faptul că este un Mega Image exact în fața blocului. Noi am avut și biciclete, trotinete și cărucior pentru copil pe care le-am putut lăsa pe balconul de la etaj care se putea închide cu cheia. Blocul are 4 etaje, dar nu sunt extrem de multe trepte.
