Villa Rosa Resort

The location was super. Two minutes walking to the center of the town and directly in front of the bus stop, from where the bus brings you in 10 minutes to Polignano a Mare (which has nice spots for laying down at the beach). The garden and pool look nice, as well as the villa. There is one road where you can park for free if, during the week we could always find a parking spot. The facilities were good. A well equipped kitchen. Swimming pool, beds, fitness machines and washing machines. Although communication happens mainly via WhatsApp, we got a swift reply on our questions.

We had high expectations of our stay, as it was one of the more expensive accommodations in Conversano. Hence I feel I can and must be critical on our stay. Before arrival an online check in must be done. The website is not user friendly, choosing three times per person the country of residence, nationality and country of birth from a list that is not in alphabetical order… is simply annoying. Upon arrival there is no clear place to go to, as there is no reception. After 15 min standing in the garden, we found a cleaner helping us to direct us to the owner. Friendly men, who showed us the garden and room. All communication further went via WhatsApp, there is no offline interaction with anyone from the villa. We are disappointed about the matras and towels. The matras felt like we both slept in a valley, with a hill in between us. Towels we got upon arrival were not clean. After asking for new towels via WhatsApp we got it. Rooms are not cleaned during our stay (perhaps we should have reached out). My assumption was that all rooms are in the main villa. However, there is a side building… and in that building the rooms were. We only looked at the villa from the outside. The room is not sound proof. When our neighbors turned around in their bed at night, we could hear the bed making noise. Apart from that, the room was located above the wash machines. When they are used, you hear them from the bed. We find the price/value off balance. With more warmth for guests (welcome, cleaning, asking if smth could be improved - e.g. matras, towels etc) the experience would have been worthwhile.

When you enter you”ll be amazed by the green lush garden. If feels like you’re stepping into a film set. The house and all the amenities are very comfortable: clean, modern and designed with eye for detail. A great stay close to Polignano di Mare, Bari and Monopoli.

Beautiful surroundings, very close to the historic center of Conversano and good location to visit Polignano a mare, Monopoli and Alberobello. Well equipped apartment for self service.

We lived in an apartment with two bedrooms (one bed was a sofa-bed, but comfortable) the room downstairs gave a little cellar-feeling and the patio right outside wasn’t a place to sit and enjoy. On the entrance level the sitting/dining area was nice but the garden around was dried out and didn’t look very attractive. The most beautiful part was in the main garden around the pool and just around the Villa (that you can’t enter because the owner lives there).

Very confortable and beautiful villa. We stayed there 3 nights. Highly recomand. You can find everything you need: wash mashine and dryer, dishwasher, swiming pool towel etc, grill zona, etc....As villa located in the center of Conversano all restaurants very near. Aso there are shops you can buy fresf food and prepare in your apartament. You can park your car for free, or if you want to park in front of villa gates it cost only 3 eur per day.

As villa located in the center it was al little bit noisy at noght, but we closed the windows, turned on conditioner and slept very well.

Well equipped, clean apartment. Villa Rosa is situated in beautiful gardens with a lovely pool. Fantastic location right opposite city of Conversano and brilliant base to explore Puglia.
