Amazing little place in a lovely area. Really helpful host. Peaceful & relaxing

Bathroom needs a little maintenance, door handle & dripping tap, but clean & lovely place to stay.

"Lovely stay, should we ever need to be back in the area in the future we would look to stay here again."

Large and spacious, kitchen/diner/sitting room downstairs and bedroom/shower room upstairs. Great location a short walk from some lovely restaurants.

The room needs a little fixing up in places (bathroom tap drips, carpet pulling away from the floor and exposing carpet tacks between the bedroom and bathroom) but nothing that would stop us from coming back another time.

I felt very warm, cosy and safe, it was nice to know the family were just there should I need anything. Lovely garden with terrace. It felt very private. The kitchen is well equipped, everything you need for a home away from home. Even a lovely dog too.

Excellent welcome. Lovely property in a quiet area but close to amenities and superb bus service into the centre of Birmingham. The owners had thought of everything they could to make it a real ‘home-from-home’ experience.

"Lovely little coach house, helpful hosts"

Really quirky and clean

No hot water in sink to wash with. It was too late at night to bother the hosts to ask - I’m sure they would have helped if we had asked.

Very clean and comfortable! Very well set up! The mattress wis amazing!! Had really good night sleep! Very quiet, private and secure! The host was very welcoming and pleasant!
