Ionian Citizen Penthouse

Property was well located, about 20/25 mins walk from the port and 10 mins to old town Corfu and 15 mins to Farikali beach. It is also accessible by public transport with many bus stops within walking distance and even stops opposite the property. super close to the airport/port bus stop no.15. Although we spent one night just to sleep before our flight I could have honestly spent my whole trip here and would definitely book again if I do visit Corfu another time. The host was great at communicating during the stay, she even left juices, water, biscuits and snacks for breakfast. The cupboards were stocked with everything You could need to cook at home. The bathroom was also stocked with vanity and dentist kits giving that hotel feel and honestly would say even better because it’s like a home away from home. Bedroom was spacious with lots of cupboard spacing and the balcony was beautiful to sit down and have a coffee using the coffee machine in the kitchen.

Everything! The close proximity to the old town, the outside sitting area, the blackout blinds in the bedroom, the kitchen facilities with a safe drinking water tap, space in the bathroom to put our wash bags. It was a beautiful, little apartment.

If I’m being picky, it could do with another blanket as the nights get colder.

The location was great. Fantastic view to the city. The appartament was spacious and comfortable with all the facilities.

Lack of elevator

It is very well equipped, both in kitchen and bathroom- it was very clean and the fact that it is on the rooftop created a cool atmosphere. It is close to the city’s main square but still in an area where lots of locals live, work and attend school. I liked that very much 😊

Nothing! It was great. (Obviously people who are not good at climbing stairs would not book a rooftop apartment..)

Great location a stroll away from old town, a supermarket below, lots of cafes nearby, excellent communication, easy entry/exit
