Cozy Apartment Near Historic Centre

No one was there to meet me as stated in the check in instructions and no directions to access the property were provided before arrival which made for a very stressful check in even though I had messaged multiple times in the weeks and days leading up to check in including my arrival time. I was trying to call the number provided which is just the land line inside the apartment which I could hear ringing. Neighbors were not able to help and I finally got the code to check in but no other directions for the house. Also the power to the hot water had been turned off which wasn’t explained and only after taking two cold showers was I told how to turn it on. The whole apartment feels like someone’s house who just walked out that morning with clutter and a lot of personal effects which did not feel like a rental you would find on booking.com

Location was very near the historic centre, yet away from the big crowds. Many bakeries, coffee shops nearby and a true neighborhood feeling. The house is small but practical, great choice for a few days' stay.

Check-in process could had been better with more information provided on where to find the keys and an accurate phone number to contact the host. Other than that all was great.

Good location close to both Port and old town...a true Greek experience living with the locals...good air conditioning.

The noise from the upstairs apartment renovations was terrible. Banging, drilling, dropping of tools, tradesmen yelling, dust from 7 am till 3 pm every day spoilt our holiday. The host did not tell us about this so we weren’t given the option to cancel and go elsewhere. The host compensated us with one night refund. Check with the host on progress of renovations before booking. Also we had to wash cutlery and crockery before use, they were dirty as the rest of the apartment was dusty, cluttered with half used toiletries in the bathroom and stuff in all the drawers. It was like someone lived there and moved out for our stay which made us very uncomfortable. There was even someone’s medication tablets in the bowl on the table. The whole place needs an overall.

Nice apartment with well equipped kitchen.bed is comfortable..bathroom.is good. Host is very responsive and kind.

Light in the bedroom can be a bit brighter.

Really well located within walking distance of everything. We didn't have the chance to meet with Dina but she was very helpful over texts and gave us lots of information of things to do.

No fault of Dina but the schools bell next door always rang at random times day and night and that didn't help with our sleeping, but can not fault the apartment or the lovely host

Unable to access property as I didn't message through ap on arrival. I took the phone number and called repeatedly when I arrived but no answer. Spent 2hr in middle of night in foreign country. If the only way to contact them is through ap they should state that. Won't refund and rude communication. Avoid
