Broken washing machine, coffee machine with only 3 capsules for 2 people for two whole days, host with very low service awareness, on our first morning in the apartment we woke up and there was no water for a whole day until the evening and we had to leave as a result, the host did not agree to compensate us for one night, he offered to help us sue the municipality claiming that it was not his fault, this is a young man who clearly has no experience in hosting, he thinks that charging full payment for a whole day without water in the property is reasonable, he agreed to compensate me for half a night after taxes on the condition that I write him a perfect review and I did not agree, be careful because he is not honest

The host's attitude, plus there was a locked glass cabinet with a jar, it was very unpleasant to stay there.

I recently stayed at this property during my holiday in Corfu and, unfortunately, it did not meet expectations. The listing on Booking.com was misleading, showing only selective, flattering images and omitting key details that significantly impacted my stay. Here are the main issues I encountered: Misleading Photos and Description: The pictures on the ad showed a few (newest) parts of the flat, but critical flaws were completely hidden. The bedroom window, for example, could not be opened as it overlooked a dirty, dilapidated courtyard—something that was not mentioned or pictured in the listing. The building itself was in poor condition, old and neglected, with crumbling walls and thin partitions that made it impossible to block out the noise from other flats. I could hear people walking and talking at all hours, which made it difficult to relax or sleep Hygiene and Maintenance Issues: The flat had a cockroach problem, which was not addressed or disclosed beforehand. This was extremely unpleasant and unhygienic. The bathroom was poorly maintained, with mold in several areas and a bad smell. It was clear that little effort had been put into proper upkeep. Overall Poor Value: For the price and the way it was advertised, this flat was not worth it. The condition of the accommodation did not reflect the standards I expected from a Booking.com listing. I chose not to leave immediately because it was peak season, and finding an alternative accommodation would have been difficult for such a short stay. However, I would strongly urge future guests to think twice before booking this property, as the reality is far from what is shown online. Booking.com should also take responsibility for ensuring that listings accurately reflect the condition of the properties being advertised. This experience was highly disappointing, and I hope my review helps others avoid a similar situation.

Position, very quiete

This apartment is in a brilliant location in the centre of the town. The host offered clear instructions of how to access it. The apartment was in a clean condition. I would highly recommend staying here if you want to explore the old town, and some of the main sites.

After a certain time in the evening the water was not working, whether this was a purposeful or accidental thing we were unsure. This was a little frustrating when we would come back after a late dinner and want to have a cold shower in the current heat. The shower had some mould at the bottom, which we could understand would be difficult to avoid.

Location was amazing! Very clean and spacious. Good kitchen that we didn’t use much but nice to have just incase.
