"Good location to stay and pass your nights but thats about it"

Excellent location, right in the middle of the old town of Corfu. Though the room was right on one of the busiest streets of the town, we could not hear the people outside due to the good quality of soundproofing. Good wifi and TV and a modern refurbished apartment overall.

I can understand that the building does not entirely belong to the host, but all the owners of the apartments could come together and really try and clean and refurbish the common stairway. It is way to old, dusty and needs some serious cleaning. There isn't a common light either. There is no hot water available on demand, you need to first flick on a switch to boil it for 10-15 minutes and this can be a bit irritating to some.
