Η είσοδος του κτηρίου είχε πολλά νερά και λάσπες τα οποία δεν μαζεύτηκαν / καθαρίστηκαν ποτέ.. Ο καιρός δεν ήταν άσχημος για να δώσουμε μια τέτοια εξήγηση...

Όλα καλά! Αξιοπρεπέστατο στούντιο για διαμονή στο κέντρο της Κέρκυρας.

Η εγκατάλειψη των κτιρίων στην πόλη της Κέρκυρας

Άριστη τοποθεσία στο κέντρο της πόλης. Μικρό, αλλά άνετο κατάλυμα, φροντισμένο, πεντακάθαρο, με όλα όσα χρειάζονται κατά τη διαμονή. Οι οικοδεσπότες φρόντισαν να μη λείπει τίποτα από το μπάνιο, ενώ στην κουζίνα υπήρχε δυνατότητα για καφέ και τσάι, εμφιαλωμένο νερό και κέρασμα.

Η είσοδος και η σκάλα του κτιρίου δεν προδιαθέτει ευχάριστα, όχι μόνο λόγω παλαιότητας, αλλά και λόγω έλλειψης καθαριότητας.

Very helpful property owner, he is easily reachable and responsive. I checked in early in the morning. Property is located in quiet neighborhood but close to town centre. Spacious room and bathroom. Room has a balcony. You can find everything you need in kitchen except microwave oven.

Opening the lockbox at the gate to retrieve the key was not easy. A microwave oven in the kitchen would be great.

The apartment was very nice and perfectly sufficient for my solo trip. Check-in was easy and uncomplicated, and the host was extremely responsive, even though I booked last minute. I received all the necessary information within an hour, which made everything very smooth. The apartment was clean, well maintained, and centrally located, with everything within walking distance. A highlight was the large, beautiful balcony with a lovely view — perfect for sitting outside in the morning or evening, for example to enjoy breakfast. There are many restaurants, bars, and shops nearby, so you are truly in the heart of the city. I would absolutely recommend this place and would book it again. The value for money was excellent.
