Excellent location near shopping and restaurants. Excellent response from our host to all questions and problems. Nice bathroom with plenty of hot water.

The stairs were a challenge, but I'm sure they were good for us.

The host decided to give us a different apartment and not the one we booked and paid for. Older apartment and very dirty! I wouldn’t trust the host at all

The flat is well-equipped, air-conditioned, and well situated.

It is in fact quite small, which is not visible from the photos, or they were from the other flat as there are two. OK for a short-term stay like ours though.
