Firstly, let's start with the positives. The apartment was exactly as depicted in the pictures - clean, well-furnished, and equipped with all the necessary accessories. We were pleased with the overall condition and amenities provided, which made for a comfortable stay.

However, the issues began to arise when it came to the customer service aspect. Check-in time was set at 4 PM, which we found to be quite late compared to other accommodations. When we requested to leave our luggage prior to the check-in time, we were informed that it would only be possible from 12 PM, and to my surprise, an additional fee of 10€ was required (10€ to compensate for what? The pressure put by our backpacks on the apartment's floor? If you are Italian and you are reading this: che poracciata!). This request seemed excessive, especially when considering that the luggage storage service at Bratislava's central station offeres the same service for just 2€ per day. The self-check-in process was another letdown. Rather than a straightforward and convenient procedure, it involved receiving a PDF file with instructions resembling a treasure map. In order to obtain the keys, we had to venture outside to a muddy courtyard adjacent to a somewhat sketchy building. This alone was an unpleasant experience, made worse by the fact that we had to endure heavy rain while attempting to navigate our way to the apartment, which was located in a separate building a 5-minute walk away. This kind of inconvenient and tedious process could have been avoided with a more organized and user-friendly approach. In summary, while the apartment itself was excellent and lived up to its advertised standards, the flaws in customer service and the inconvenient self-check-in process left much to be desired.

Great location, close to bus stops both to the Old town and Airport,5min ride to the center,15 - to the airport. Nicely furnished, clean and comfortable.

This place was amazing! Super clean, brand new, easy check-in, and everything we needed. Highly recommended!

A little bit glass, plate for using dishwasher, bat for 3 person is Ok.

The place is conveniently located. However it was very difficult to locate the building. The taxi driver was unable to find it but luckily the locals are so friendly and were able to assist me in locating the building. I did find a bit challenging getting the key as it was in a different location. But once I was in apartment all was forgotten.
