Appartamento molto carino e pulito. Posizione perfetta per nostre esigenze.

Siamo arrivati alle 14 come anticipato e la prima comunicazione ricevuta dall'host è stata alle 14.39. Quindi bloccati in strada, dove peraltro non si parcheggia neanche a pagamento. Richiesta anticipata di preparare un secondo letto, no risposta no letto e neanche il necessario per prepararlo. Macchina da caffè anche in foto, rotta e neanche una moka presente.

Ubicación muy buena. El apartamento es muy nuevo.

El menaje de cocina muy justo. No había cosas básicas(azucar, aceite…)

It is very central, if you have a light luggage. Flat is designed tastefully. Neat atmosphere. Clean bathroom. Easy check in. Safe street.

It was a very poor decision of us as we travel by our car. While searching places to stay, we always tick parking option, thats why we missed out the details that the nearest parking place is 600 meters away to the apartment and costs 24 euros per night. Our two hour early check-in request was kindly declined. We had to park our car and started to see the city before checking in. Even we had simplified our luggages and left the great part of our belongings in the car, it was too difficult to drag basic things to the house at night after a very tiring day. (Just stayed one night-from 9pm to 9am) Bed and pillow sheets should be renewed asap. I really did not like their feeling. Bright white sheets could feel cleaner. Some things at home should be dusted more carefully. And paper towel would be nice in the kitchen.

In general, it was great and comfortable

Overall, I liked the apartment — the location is great, and the cleanliness was mostly fine. However, I think the sofa in the living room could use a professional dry cleaning, as it had an unpleasant smell. The cutlery was also not properly cleaned; for example, when I picked up a fork, there were pieces of old food on it. Additionally, the bed in the bedroom creaks quite loudly whenever you move. These are not major issues that ruined my stay, but it would be great if the owner could pay attention to them to improve the overall experience.
