Gyakorlatilag a város közepén van, minden jól elérhető. A villamosok ott kanyarodnak az ablak alatt, de jó a hangszigetelés, éjszaka észre sem vettük.

Érdekes módon több konnektorben nem volt áram, de szerencsére volt működő is.
