Good sized apartment located near the city centre

Nothing was prepared properly for us, we had only one clean and dry towel for 8 people. Sheets weren't ready, we had to improvise and go through all the closets. Stuff was drying in our room and it had a musty smell of wet rag. We asked for more towels, were told to go and look for them in a storage room at another level and they weren't there. When we separated the couch to sleep four people, under the couch it was really dirty. The host said the cleaning service will bring towels but they never did and the host stopped answering the phone and messages. It was a horrible experience, we were two families and all had to dry with one towel. We tried to dry the wet towels until morning but was impossible. I am so disappointed that an experience in a great city was ruined by a horrible hosting experience.

Clean, view, 2 toilets, very secure parking, 2 very large tv’s, small balcony, washing machine.

Arrived to clothesline full of wet linen & towels. Lounge/sofa bed not made up despite booking for 6 people, and no instructions given how to fold it into bed. The brackets on one section of the lounge to hold the back up are actually bent and broken. Before booking, We did read a previous review stating these things, and emailed owner to ask if these things had been attended to, and was told that the review was false so we went ahead and booked only to discover it was in fact correct. Light hanging from loungeroom ceiling with visible wires. A lot of tools, electrical fittings, paint brushes etc in cupboards and drawers in kitchen and bedroom. A lot of siate linen and pillows in loungeroom cupboards. Loose tile in bathroom, used candle and toiletries in bathroom drawer. No clear instructions on how to get from the carpark to the apartment. Complaint about these things sent to owner on day if vacating, but no response received. Please not this apartment has a lot of other building and construction work happening right around it.

The host was helpful and provided the necessary details for our visit. Easy access to apartment and car park. This accommodation is located in a great area of Bratislava. There are shops and cafés within walking distance, kids area on ground floor. Bus stops are few steps away from apartment entrance, which we found useful. It is also located away from main road, so there are almost no traffic noise.

Unfortunately upon our arrival, we came across wet towels and bed sheets which seemed to have only just washed. We were looking for have a shower before heading out into town, but there were no dry towels and instead had to go to local shops to buy brand new ones. There wardrobes have almost no space to place our clothes, its full of pillows, covers, tools, we have to put our clothes on a small desk. It would be good if guest could be provided with some coffee, there's a machine without coffee capsules. Living room had broken sofa which you could not sit on properly, also a strange brown/red ish marks on the ceiling with lamp looking damaged. There's so much potential with this apartment, shame the experience did not match our expectations. It would be good to update the photos on the page too.

Very clean and nice apartment with great kitchen and comfy beds.

No hand towels and shampoo at all

The apartment is pretty, clean and cozy overall. We loved the balcony and the huge couch in the living room,all five of us could comfortably lay on it at the same time. The huge TVs are definitely a plus, it was extra enjoyable to watch. The location is perfect if you want to party, the edison park only a few minutes away, but the old downtown is a bit further away. There're some cafés and bars nearby, as well as joga studio, shops, playground, so basically everything you'll need during your stay.

Some features of the flat just wasn't constructed well. Like some of the wardrobe door in the living room was missing, the carpenter in the kitchen didn't know how to use a spirit level, we couldn't close one of the windows properly no metter how many times we tried, the shower head holder wasn't properly attached to the wall, there were strange stains on the ceiling in the living room. So as you can see those are small but annoying things.
