Friendly host, responds fast and provides all neccessary information. The flat is around 15-20min by foot from the old town and multiple restaurants in there. Kitchen equiped with everything one might need. Great stay!

We are really happy to have chosen this place to spend our days in Sud Tirol!! The department is so beatiful (the view 😍) and has all the necessary to have a nice experience. We are leaving in love with Bressanone and the places they have near of there. Thanks for hosting us!! Tina & Gaby

The location is close to the playground, which is suitable when you bring kid there. Also, close to restaurant, train station and supermarket.

For the location of the house, it is quite far from bust station. There is no elevator to the room which make it quite difficult to bring luggage and stroller from the entrance, but these are understandable.

"great location with a great host"

this has 2 beds, and a kitchen and bathroom and balcony. it doesn’t have a great view, but it is very close to kid parks, the River walking trail, and a longer walk to the city center. it is a great location. and Brixen is a really cute town and fun to explore. it’s also very easy to get to places for further adventuring. centrally located. great value.

the windows get a lot of sun, and there was no fan or air conditioning, so we had to close the shutters during the day. it’s too bad it felt shut in. but it is not often that it gets so hot- I think? A fan would have been an improvement
