Quiet location but close to the beach and town centre. Very close to Monty’s Dog Beach which was why we came to Crikvenica.

The place was clean, quiet, and had everything needed for a comfortable visit. The staff were helpful and polite, making the whole experience smooth and hassle-free. The location was good. Everything went as expected and made for an enjoyable stay.

very comfortable bed, small but well equipped kitchen. clean flat, good views. 5 minutes walk to beach and shops, restaurants. very friendly and helpful owner. enjoyed our stay and would return if in the area

It is not suitable for staying in winter or on cold days. Otherwise, there is a small air conditioner, but it is not suitable for heating such a room. That is why you can feel the moisture everywhere, especially in the bedding. Our opinion is that the owners could refrain from letting out of season unless they arrange adequate heating.
