Land lady was helpful The position of the condo was ideal for me SM Mall five minutes away you can buy everything you need Security was very good

The lightening was to dim in the kitchen and the bathroom Shower needs updating Outside to hang your washing was dirty because of the bird droppings so not good to hang out your washing Cooking facilities needs updating IE microwave, toaster smaller pans and frying pan The mattress had multiple stains onit Needs a bigger tv Sofas not comfortable need updating

Close to SM Ecoland

Very dark and old furniture, did not like the beds and pillows. The comforter was old and bed configuration wasn’t good. Bathroom was old and not enough soap or toilet paper given. Water in container made us all have nausea, vomiting and diarrhea . Maybe it’s their water supplier for mineral water. Guess, we should complain that their water supplier is not good.

They have no free parking for guest

The host was very accommodating giving me extra time to check out.

Overall the place was good but i believe they need to modernize it a little more. Get a new water heater.
