Hola! Condotel @ Inspiria Davao

I had an amazing stay and we’ll definitely book this property again in future.. The unit provided basic toiletries and inside slippers which you feel like a hotel stay.. The bed is comfy, the owner and the assistant are responsive and very nice people including the guards + the location is just next door to Abreeza Mall and one ride to center of Davao.

Hosanna was a caring hostess that resolved issues quickly that could be resolved. Great location right next to large mall and centrally located in the main area of the city. Room was equipped with about anything you needed and had weekly cleaning service.

Room was much smaller then it appeared. Would have liked a plain flat sheet and or light blanket instead of heavy quilt. Shower floor was dangerously slippery and I had to buy a bath mat to prevent slip and falls .

Location - next to Abreeza, with access to the mall. Staff - replies quickly and arranged late check-in as requested Price - good price compared to other The room has a washing machine. We didn't use it because we only stayed a night but it's a big bonus for those staying longer.

Very low pressure hot water. The trick is you have to pull out the shower head as it was placed very high to get hot water running. Space is quite small but you get what you pay for
