I recently rented the apartment in Davao and I must say, it was an absolute delight! The apartment was very clean, cozy and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped with modern appliances and the bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the city. What made my stay even more enjoyable was the exceptional service provided by the host, Jeriko. He was very friendly, accommodating and always available to answer any questions I had. He went above and beyond to make sure that I had everything I needed to have a great stay. He recommended some great local restaurants to try. The apartment is located in a very convenient location, with easy access to public transportation, restaurants, and supermarkets. The building is secure and the staff were friendly and helpful as well. What I loved most about this apartment was the beautiful view. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in Davao. It's perfect for solo travelers, couples or even small families. And with Jeriko as your host, you can be sure that your stay will be a memorable one!

The room and view is really nice.

Room was not ready when we arrived and have to wait in the room for 2.5 hrs to get it cleaned and get sheets and towels change. We checked in around 6 pm by the time all said and done, it was already 8:45 pm. Make sure to confirmed w/ owners that room is ready before you checked in.
