Close to mall, facilities were good, even we were on 26th floor we didn’t have to wait anymore than 1 minute to get the lift. Little coffee caravan just outside served good cheap coffee.

The room was dirty, Big stains on the couch and some of the pillows. The showers needs a good clean aswell. Dust on many of the surfaces. Had no hot water for first 2,5 day, they didnt make it before i threatened with a complaint. After booking we got a message if we wanted to check in early, wrote that we would like so, when getting there on the accounced time they didnt know and after 45min wait we could get to our room if paid 500 pesos. One day we had a door rear lock in our room, would cost us another 500 pesos to get it open. Stay away.

property is like air b&b which i booked for 3 nights stay and its worth 288.91 dollars and expecting that the one that i booked was good for 2 person which indicate on booking .com its with 1 bedroom , kitchen, living room and bathroom , but they check me in studio suite instead the deluxe suite that indiicate on what i click on reservation ,stayed only for overnite because im not comfortable staying there being a senior citizen its very inconvenience for me to go to stairs 17th floor with my luggage before going to my room in 16th floor , hallway is not aircondition and still dusty , so i have to check out after one night of staying there , even i paid for 3 nights stay which they wont consider it for refund the 2 nights that i didnt stay , it is a misrepresentation of the room that they gave me , sofa is by the full size bed with toilet and kitchen together , the size if the room that im suppose to stay is 419 sqt but they gave the studio type
