LUXURY BEACHFRONT OUTSTANDING 2 bedroom APARTMENT

The view is out to sea.

Our stay was extremely disappointing. The collection of the key was challenging from the outset: it was in a completely different location and the instructions provided were unclear and confusing. On arrival, we also discovered that the flat is on the first floor which was not clear in the description. The property was extremely cold when we arrived and took several hours to warm up, making the first part of our stay very uncomfortable. The heating then went off whilst we were out so we again returned to a cold apartment. The light in the shower was broken, the dishwasher was not working properly, and despite the property being described as accessible, there was no shelf in the shower to hold bottles or toiletries which made showering for my elderly mother very challenging. While the owner personally was helpful, the managing company handled our complaints poorly. They did not take our concerns seriously and their response was dismissive and inconsiderate.

Towels were a bit hard, could do with being popped in a tumble dryer for 5 mins

The apartment was perfect for our little trip away. The location was great. It was so nice waking up to the sea view. We could walk to Sovereign Harbour and the shops. The apartment was clean and facilities were as described. The beds were very comfortable and we had all that we needed to make our stay great.

The room with the twin beds was a little chilly, doesn’t get as much of the sun and we were unsure if the storage heater worked properly.

Location excellent. Uninterrupted views from the balcony across the beach to the sea. Apartment was very clean. The host kindly left a bottle of prosecco which was enjoyed sitting on the balcony whilst enjoying the view. The kiitchen is fully equipped. Beds comfortable. Gated parking a bonus. Will definitely be returning.
