La ubicación y la limpieza del apartamento.

El ventilador de techo del dormitorio hace muchísimo ruido

La cercanía a la playa, paseo marítimo y facilidad para aparcar

Que no tenia lavadora en el propio apartamento, habían comunitarias que habia que pagar a parte.

Bien, acogedor piso muy cerca de la playa y del paseo maritimo, con facilidad de aparcamiento en los alrededores. El piso estaba limpio, camas comodas salvo el sofa cama. Buena experiencia

Flexibility of the host - we arrived late at night, so keys were left in hidden place, and we actually got video how to retrieve them. There was small problem with water heating - host was to fix it 3 minutes later. And location - 100 meters from the beach, in quiet area. Really nice spot to have few days rest.

The balcony was good- we could see the sea.

It was up 40 stairs and for older people with luggage a challenge to take the food etc. in. The microwave was not fit for purpose, the turntable didn’t rotate and burnt the food. There were no microwave containers. The fridge had no shelves in the door so putting milk in , bottles etc. was difficult. The electric oven was extremely slow to cook even on high. The living room had a very uncomfortable settee for two that didn’t face the Tv . I asked for a gaslighter for the stove instead of matches and the owner did leave one for me. However it was not easy to contact her during the rest of our stay.
