"Well equipped apartment in El medano"

Apartment was very nice, well equipped. Great location, quiet but close to the beach, restaurants, bars and shops.

Shame we were not informed upfront about the swimming pool not being available, but good that we got compensated for this inconvenience

"Over priced, very noisy, and no water"

It is quite close to the town and one or two beaches. The shower when there was water was good too. Apartment is a nice size for 2 people.

If you are looking for a quiet place to stay, this is definitely not the place.Apt 27 which is just across the corridor is being refurbished and the noise began early in the morning on weekdays. And over the weekend, in one of the apartments next door the furniture was being sanded making it impossible to be in the apartment and use the balcony. On the very last day, there was no water. Initially our hosts said it was a problem in the whole town but actually it was only this block. Really annoying - it was over 29 degrees and had no way to shower, prepare breakfast etc. No solutions offered and no help forthcoming. There is also no changing of towels and don’t expect any cleaners. This is very much do it yourself.

"Good location, nice appartment!"

Convenient location, 3 minutes walk to the supermarket and multiple restaurants. Easy and free parking everywhere. Appartement has everything that you need.

The bathroom ventilation didn't work, which would be nice as the bathroom is windowless and in the center of the appartment.

The appartment was spotless and bright, and easy to find. Parking off the street was convenient and access to the pool very nice. The owner could not have been more accommodating
