The Location right on the Promenade,Views are spectacular Montaña Roja to your right & the entire bay as your outside television busied ourselves watching the kite surfers & wind surfers zipping around the bay. A stone’s throw from some really nice cafes that were reasonably priced

To be honest the apartment was adequate for our needs however in our opinion it would benefit from a light refurbishment it’s looking a little tatty & an air fryer & pod coffee machine would be a welcome addition & more energy efficient. The elevator to beach was a bit of a faff we preferred the short walk to the beach

Excelent location, close to everything in the city (restaurants, beach, shops...).

Small rooms, no aircondition, smell of sewage, no water in the second bathroom, if first one was used.

Kitchen 10/10. Location 10/10, bathrooms 10/10.

Very thin walls upstairs. Notice from the street. The TV didn't work at all.

It is heaven on earth, our favourite place to be..... though we should really write about how awful it is so that we can keep how fabulous it is a secret!

There is not a single negative thing to say about this place.
