La tranquilidad, la terraza. La plaza de garage era cómoda. Los colchones muy bien.

Se iba la luz varias veces al día por la obra cercana, subías el limitador y volvía pero si no estabas en el piso la nevera quedaba apagada. No tuvo solución. No fué demasiado importante porque eran pocos días y comimos casi todo fuera, pero cuando pagas tanto son cosas que no deben pasar.

"Apartamento muy amplio con pisicina espectacular"

El apartamento está muy bien, con aire acondicionado, una amplia terraza y la pisicna de la urbanización es fantástica

No habia ningún producto de limpieza (excepto pastillas de lavavajillas) Terrible problema con la luz. Debido a la construcción de una promoción de apartamentos cercana, durante la semana laborable, el automático saltaba cada diez minutos. Desesperante.

El trato excelente de Esperanza (anfitriona). La piscina grandísima super cuidada y a pesar de estar el apartamento a 6m de ella un silencio y tranquilidad increíble!!! La educación y respeto de los vecinos inmejorable. Un sitio de calidad!!!

Que hubieran tenido más días para ampliar mi estancia…

Amplitud del apartamento la tranquilidad y la piscina

No estaba del todo limpio Había hormigas Poco menaje en la cocina No había ningún trapo para limpiar ni productos mínimos de limpieza solo 4 pastillas del lavavajillas que no tenía ni sal ni abrillantador

"Funciona para férias em família. Com alguns ajustes, seria quase perfeito!"

A localização não é central, mas o condomínio compensa a distância. A piscina abre apenas com dois salva-vidas. Os jardins estão impecavelmente mantidos. Há AC, imprescindível no verão (ainda que apenas na sala). Água com boa pressão. Bem equipado de eletrodomésticos. Piscina fabulosa e (quase sempre) de 1,20 m de profundidade.

Os colchões e as almofadas não estão ao nível esperado. Havia mobília de exterior partida e estragada (perigoso para crianças menores). O sofá está deformado / gasto. Há utilizadores que vivem no condomínio e são rudes com os visitantes na utilização dos espaços comuns.
