Location, ease of booking and early access to property

Property was a bit grubby, dated. No basic welcome pack, drinking water, hand soap etc.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment, it was near the pools and the many restaurants in a lovely complex. The apartment had everything you need for a relaxing stay and Melanie was always on hand if we had any questions. The space in the apartment was great with the kitchen and lounge downstairs and the bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs. Would highly recommend.

Location

Lets be clear from outset, this is not a Wyndham Resort Unit, this is a private let within the general resort, do not expect to be in contact with the main company, you are dealing with a private host. As such we were informed that there is a private pool for your use, however we were told apparently there have been issues with guests of private lets using main pool facilities...the owner didnt elaborate The appartment itself is of a decent standard, well laid out and close to all amenities. The problem we had was there was cockroaches everywhere. we advised the owner, owner came out and did nothing. we have pictures and messages to her. It was so bad we actually left early and paid for alternative accomodation for remaining three days and had to lie with lights on at night. My issue is we advised owner, who said they couldnt do anything as it was weekend, we left on the Sunday so they had a full day to get place deep cleaned..we met up to get deposit back and it hadnt been cleaned as owner said they couldnt find traces of cockroaches.? As I say overall I couldnt recommend this particular unit and would urge caution. The actual Wyndham resort if you book direct I would recommend, good restaurants, shop etc
