We could not even stay at the property due to a large group of men living beside the apartments drinking vodka, driving motorcycles and no tops on. We felt totally unsafe and the children we terrified we had to leave. Reported to the owners and he was very rude and totally dismissive of it all. Very surprised that booking.com even allow these apartments be advertised with the clear anti social environment. We as a group of 2 families are truly traumatised with what we witnessed yesterday evening. Please people be aware before you book this place especially if you have kids with you!

Good location and a wide range of facilities on site. Loads to do for our son. We were very happy with our stay and will book again when returning to Emerald Park.

The accommodation was basic but as described. It was clean, it had all the basics required for our 1 night stay. We weren't there during the day, but I believe the park area is open and a soft play for children.

Unfortunately this was not the family friendly stay we had anticipated. There were 3 large black portacabins. I believe these were being used for accommodation for groups of men. I surmised these are potentially ?workmen using this a longer term accommodation? We were there with 2 young children and in the evening these groups of men were gathering to smoke and drink alcohol together. This left me feeling a little exposed / uneasy in our ground floor studio style apartment. We went to take the children a walk but encountered a couple of groups of smoking/drinking men. it didn't feel safe. So we returned to our room and closed the blinds up. I had not anticipated this as we had been aware this is used as a children's activity centre.

Absolutely nothing. We had a horrendous stay at Tarra View and the follow up communication with the owner, was even worse!!! I certainly would not recommend ANYONE to stay at this property.

The apartment was full of damp and mould. The floors were disgusting with dirt. The towels provided were soaking with damp. None of us were able to shower at the property. We had to leave and visit another property to use the shower facilities. The bathroom/ toilet is within the entrance to another bedroom, meaning that you had to exit your 'bedroom' and enter another bedroom- with 2 people sleeping- to access the toilet. There were men sleeping in lorries at the apartment gate during the night- almost blocking the entrance. The owner lacks professionalism and responsibility. The owner shared details via email of other guests, staying at the property. We booked two apartments and the poor conditions of apartment 3 meant that we all had to stay in one apartment- despite paying for 2. The owner offered no apology, no explanation and no refund. In fact, the business refused to answer phone calls of any kind and were dismissive of our complaint in writing. We are absolutely disgusted and we will never be back .. urging others not to stay also. Do not be fooled by the photos. You can't smell damp from photos.

Very last minute booking due to having to get off a flight to our child who was poorly .the man who let us in to our apartment was so helpful & nice , even took my partner to get some much needed drinks after such a stressful time , Apartment was lovely & ideal for what we needed it for

The double bed in room 1 diffently needs changed was comfortable but creaked on every move I made there was also a loud noise on our first night that woke us all up about 3 in morning went on for about 3 hrs was in bathroom my only suggestion was the pipes 2nd night was fine the maintenance man did check it out but no answers
