Please note that traffic is limited in the Guimarães historic center on the weekends. If access is closed, please use the intercom device which is at the entrance of the historic center area. Please note that cleaning service is available once per week, at an additional cost of EUR 20. This must be requested in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

Location excellent. balcony has view of cute old streets. beatutiful timber stairs up to apartment and good entry security. two bedrooms one shower. Beds comfortable and rooms large. good AC. Rachel met us at the door, was kind, nice and helpfull. space was clean.

there is no open air terrace like photo I asumed it was communal space but is only accessible from one apartment. The kitchen space is the only communal space, its quite tight. The chairs are basic, do the job, however would be nice to upgrade chairs to more comfortable type with arms. there is no lounge. Some extra rolles toilet paper would have been good. bathroom is very dark could do with a brighter light.
