Sunrise Accommodation

Quiet location with the most stunning beach 5 min away at the bottom of the road. Very friendly and welcoming owners. The unit is huge for 2 people & this is by far the best equipped kitchen we've come across on our NZ travels. So we cooked & ate in rather than going out - a nice change! Washing machine and clothes line outside were used & much appreciated. Lovely garden with covered seating area where we ate both dinner & breakfast. You coukd easily stay in this lovely apartment for a week, never mind one night! Highly recommended.

What can I say.. so many great points.. the cost is a little more than what we normally pay at motels but definitely worth it.. comfy couch.. beds.. pillows.. even the bath towels were so fluffy and soft.. good size apartment.. great backyard to relax.... peaceful.. close to beach.. basically like your own home.. way better than standard motel.. and the breakfast and snacks were the best.. All the little extras made you feel at home

just the lounge blinds are not block out so people could see in from the outside (we like privacy).. and only Freeview...but other than that we would love to come again and would recommend to others

Bit far from shops

Friendly welcoming hosts on arrival who suggested a few things happening in town that we could do and see. Tidy, Private, Quiet & clean apartment with comfy bed/s, a CD player & CDs that helped us get through the 500 piece Road Trip puzzle that night lol and a couple other puzzles to choose from. Breakfast choices (Porridge, Muesli or Weetbix) with Yoghurt or Fruit Salad and a jug of milk and juice in the fridge. Beach Towels for the beach which is a 5min walk up the road. Spacious Bathroom/Laundry and separate loo and lovely clean white fluffy towels & flannels. Not too far from town and Would stay again & recommend to others.
