"DONT NEVER BOOK THIS PROPERTY."

I don’t like anything since I didn’t stay in this property. The neighborhood is a mess : big construction around the building, dust ..I took some pictures of this property. I already paid with none refundable. No reception in the lobby. The first floor is a big empty warehouse . My taxi driver has to call the owner, 15 minutes later he showed up on his scooter. He was trying to show me his apartment that located at 8 floor. I was so scared because the neighborhood is so bad. I rent another hotel instead. I am asking Booking.com to refund when I am back home . I do have some pictures of the building .
