Sab 8 - Amazing view. 2 bedrooms in front of the mosque Hassan. Perfect location

The only thing I liked is the view from the balcony and the window of the Hassan II mosque.

Everything. Very dirty unclean apartment. Cockroach everywhere. I was disgusted. We used our own bed sheets to sleep on as theirs were dirty. Water leaking from the shower to the hall. The washing machine wasn't working even tho it was mentioned on the list of facilities. We tried to clean the apartment but no cleaning tools (rag) and no floor drain. And there were small electric chocks all around the sink and the stove, maybe a short circuit or something, to be careful. Also the chairs were making a terrible noise every time we moved them, we were worried that the neighbors will complain, we tried to be delicate but in vain. The worst experience we had on our trip and we stayed in 4 other places. I took videos but we can only add 4 pictures I gave 2 only for the view The worst value for money.

Cockroaches in the kitchen (the nightmare for children and my wife) The shower is dirty and rusted Towels and bed sheets are dirty disgusting One sleep room doesn’t have the curtains! Loose electric wires everywhere!

The apartment is not well taken care of. The plugs are all coming out of the sockets. The apartment is not well cleaned: we saw small cockroaches in the small bathroom. The shower cabinet is old and rusted. It should be replaced since it’s coming apart. The worse part is that there were only two big towels and one small for three people and no soap! The reception guy was supposed to bring some and he never left it.

Great location and within easy reach of everywhere we wanted to visit.

Nearly everything. was broken or not working, huge disapointment the fridge was cooling itself but not the drinks, every plug socket was broken and i can tel you this someone's kid is gonna get electricuted,loose wires nearly whatever you look. Now the big shock was the state of the towels and the bed sheets they were so dirty i swear if you throw them on the street no one will dare to pick them up. Even the kitchen cutlery was disgusting 4 forks 2 are broken,3 spoons .bowls most broken dangerous for kids .fry pans and sauce pans are a put off the minute you see them,no iron.balcony doors broken don t fully close,no shutters in one of rooms.and to finish this one is hilarious tv not working no chanels at all and when i asked i was told its always been like that hhh strange answer he said i have to connect my phone to it hhh And watch youtube . Basically this flat is in a perfect location but in a very BAD,BAD,BAD state and should be shut down until fixed. Otherwise one day someone s kid will get hurt or sick. Oh i forgot night time cockroaches come out to party so imagine when your kids or you go to sleep who visit your mouth. SHUT IT DOWN .VISIT MOROCCO BOARD INSPECTORS SHOULD PAY A VIST TO THIS FLAT AND HAVE A WORD WITH THE OWNER. (SEE MY PICTURES FOR SOME OF WHAT I WROTE ABOUT). SIMO+FAMILY.

The correspondence was good. Staff were always helpful and available when needed.

The apartment needs serious maintenance. The kitchen is smelly, the light switches and electrical outlets are falling apart. The photos do not show the true state of the apartment.
