The location was good.

I booked the place because it clearly stated there was access to a pool. I booked it on a train from tangier so I had to just double check it was not my own mistake. It clearly states on the list of facilities there is a pool. The air conditioning was also pretty bad if that's important to you. In morroco I'd say it's essential. Stayed at 5 different places around the country this was the worst air con. It was also not that well cleaned considering I could have got a cheaper place. I hate leaving bad reviews but I feel this was justified because of the price and the fact I booked it because it listed a pool. Bed was comfy enough but my feet stuck out end. I'm 6.2 not 8ft. Didn't have this anywhere else I stayed in morroco. Even in places that were a third of the price.

All Was good

The apartment was cold, could not have shower and there was only one towel, because there was no HOT WATER OR HEATING.

It was a soulless place to stay. No private pool, did not see the owner everything was done via WhatApp, no clear direction to find the apartment, spent 30 minutes truing to find the apartment late in the evening, ended up part paying for our breakfast! Pidgeos nesting on the balcony. Was it a private pool on the balcony filled with soil? Balcony glass was dirty and one glass pane was cracked, didn't feel safe. The toilet duscher was rusty not been cleaned for years! The shower floor looked dirty because the lime scale build up had not been removed!
