Wenn man Nostalgiefan ist, ist man hier an der richtigen Stelle. Villa von außen schön und schöner Garten mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Lage sehr gut und Parkplatz vor der Tür.

Sauberkeit mangelhaft,Toilette bzw. Bad verdreckt, überall Flecken an den Gardinen, in Betten, Bettwäsche und Handtücher. Muffiger Geruch. Die Sauberkeit ist für heutige Verhältnisse nicht mehr standardgemäß.

The owner met us at the agreed time and was exceptionally friendly and chatty (too chatty for us, but we know she meant well). Checking out was very straightforward, too, as we simply needed to leave the key in the door. The owner lives in one of the apartments in the building. The apartment was very bright with high ceilings, so even during a very hot week, it was cool enough at night. Lovely hardwood floors and lots of windows. The location - the reason we had chosen this place - was super! Very close to the beach (5-7 minutes walk through a small wooded area) and the town (10-12 minutes walk) centre but very quiet in a residential area.

We totally fell for the scam that was the pricing advertising on Booking.com This is our fault for being so naïve and easily tricked. See the photo below of their typical advertising format - some outrageous rental price being dramatically reduced (80%) to make a new price, which is still very expensive but when you are looking fairly last minute, you fall for this lazy trick and think you got a last minute amazing deal. To be honest, even the "discount price" is too expensive, and here is why: yes, the location is great but Zinnovitz is a small town, so anywhere is close by wherever you are staying. We were very particular that *we needed two separate bedrooms, and these were advertised* as such, but the truth was that there was a single bed in the kitchen. I am NOT JOKING! So, basically, this is neither a kitchen nor a bedroom, it's a weird, super uncomfortable combination of both (see photo). The kitchen was not well equipped, we didn't even find a toaster, basic supplies were not provided (like coffee, a pint of milk, or a bottle of water) which felt incredibly inhospitable, and given the fact that the owner lives there, also a bit strange. PARKING was a nightmare - it was like playing Tetris with cars, and we were surprised that no cars were damaged in the process of having to move them around to accommodate other guests depending on who had to leave when. Crazy system. CLEANLINESS - this was terrible. Bathroom has stray hairs and dust on the floor, the kitchen wasn't much better. We had to make our own beds (what??) with tatty, old sheets that actually had holes on them. Stains on the mattresses and pillow. The towels were tiny and probably 50 years old. You wouldn't even donate these to a refugee camp, tbh. Lots of crap lying around everywhere, a ladder outside the apartment door, bits and pieces, so messy and uninviting. WATER - insufficient water pressure (neglected shower, needed decalcifying?

big space,location is good

the furniture are very old and cheap,the carpet on the floor was horrible,l you feel like you are visiting grandma ,not like stay in vacation apartment.

That was a beautiful 2 floor apartment, in a "like a home" style. We are really enjoyed staying there. The location is convenient, close to the beach and to the center.

Great location: only 5 minutes walk to the beach and the central Zinnowitz. Very light and cozy apartment with a great vibe making you feel as if u visiting your dear aunt or great mother by the sea.
