Good location

There are only a hot plate with no instructions. After struggling for some time I had to download the manual to get it working. Would have been nice if they left instructions with it. No oven as advertised, only a microwave oven. So with only the small cooking plate and a microwave you cannot really cook. There is a town clock next to the apartment and it signals every hour day and night which is a bit disturbing. We accidentally broke a extension hook to close the top windows and the owner demanded money immediately and threatened to contact the civil guard if I did not transfer the money immediately. This was completely unnecessary and left a bad taste in my mouth. I tied to replace it but could not find a shop that sold it and would have gladly paid the money without their threats.

Superbly fitted space, very well-thought out design with attention to detail. Light and airy rooms, with good quality for everything. Liked particularly that it was possible to relax both on the main floor and in the bedroom area. (And twin sinks always welcome!) Location is excellent for Cercedilla, and for walking out of.

Needs tow towel hooks by the sinks. And you need to be careful going down the steps in the dark, if you do that thing. Otherwise, please move the flat higher up the mountain, where the views are better!

Location

I really liked the upstairs bedroom. The tall ceiling made the apartment feel large and made good use of the space available. The kitchen was a great place to make food and chill. Awesome view over the mountains. The owner of the café just under the apartment to the right was so nice!

Everything was good! The floor downstairs was a bit cold, so I would suggest bringing a pair of warm socks.
