Il soggiorno nell’appartamento è stato davvero piacevole. La casa era accogliente, ben attrezzata e in una posizione comoda per esplorare la zona. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e disponibile, rendendo l’esperienza ancora più gradevole. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi un posto confortevole e ben gestito per il proprio soggiorno.

It’s truly a dangerous place. I arrived and as soon as I saw the place it looked like a complete 180 of the pictures on the website. I saw it and immediately left.

When you look at the picture online and compare it to the reality it’s a complete lie. Upon entering the building it was dim lighted,unclean and straight up a scene from a horror movie. The elevator barley held it self up the door squeaky and almost fragile what made me believe that this a truly unsafe place for my family is that you can obviously see through the elevator floor not to mention its instability. Going into the apartment the walls were scratched and deteriorated the apartment was an absolute disaster unorganized and I simply just do not recommend I didn’t even stay the night I took my stuff and family and left to find another apartment. Upon leaving I contacted the owner and never got a response even though I didn’t stay any night in the apartment complex. Truly disappointing and completely unprofessional service.Until this day I still didn’t get any response not only from the owner but also from booking itself I sincerely advise you to not book this as it’s a total scam.

Spacious apartment, nice view from the balcony, bus stop very close. host was very helpful and answered quickly.

Loved the gift bottle of wine and fruit.. the fruit shop owner and wine lady both lovely. Lovely terrace to see the lake andsig outside. Host was super helpful.

Netter Vermieter, gut zu erreichen. Schlüssel-Übergabe funktioniert gut. Gute Organisation.

In der Woche unseres Aufenthalts war es windig, nachts dadurch sehr laute Geräusche im oberen Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach. Der Schlüssel zur Haustüre ist extrem schwergängig.

الشقة تبعد ساعه وعشرين دقيقة من كومو و ساعة و50 دقيقة من ميلان الشقة طابقين غرفتين في الطابق الاسفل وغرفة وصاله في الطابق الثاني والدرج في الشفة عباره عن حديد سقالات لا بمكن انك شخص كبير بالعمر يطلع عليه ولا يمكنك ايصال الشنط للطابق الثاني سوف تضطر لابقاء الشنط في الطابق الارض التكييف فقط مكيف واحد في الشقه في الصاله في الطابق الثاني اما باقي الشقة غير مكيفه مواقف السيارة صعب جدا الدخول لها لانها في مكان ضيق جدا

Camellia 35 was a very nice place. We hadn’t realized that the living area (kitchen/living room) was up a circular staircase. That was very difficult for our one member who relies on a wheelchair, so the apartment wasn’t nearly as accessible as we hoped.

Accessibility for sure. The apartment was quite warm and the mini-split didn’t provide as much cooling as we might have hoped.
