Runnacleave Court, apartment 2

Very spacious apartment for 6 adults. The location was exceptionally close for The Tunnels, our venue for a function. The apartment was clean, bright and cheerful.

One of the bedrooms was missing bedside lamps and although there was a large store room with hanging rail it would have been helpful to have a hook or two in each bedroom.

Good location and convenient parking with a nice sunny roof terrace

not enough crockery etc - 2 wine glasses for an appartment for up to 6 people; no mugs just tiny coffee cups

The property was clean and comfortable and well equipped. I had booked it for my adult daughter and adult grandchildren. I would have given it a higher score had it not been for the following.

There was a worrying issue with the keys. I recall my daughter saying they didn’t feel safe as they were unable to exit the apartment in s hurry during the night when my granddaughter had a bad asthma attack and had to go to hospital. They had to contact the owners first.

Position

The property is a great location in Illfracombe. It is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. It also had a terrace that was nice to sit out on.

There wasn’t much to dislike but the TV in one of the bedrooms didn’t work.

Very large comfortable property and close to everything we wanted . Very clean . Would definitely recommend this property. And the lady / owner was very friendly 😀

Spacious and clean. It was also great to have the outside space.

The awful, smelly communal wheelie bin area at the front of the property. We did have an apology when we arrived to be shown around but it did smell at night!

Convenient to have parking on site. Near shops

Area very run down Last 2 days of stay we had no hot water had to have very cold showers. No wardrobes in the bedrooms only I hanging rail in a very small cupboard

Ideal location in the centre of Ilfracombe and across the road to the tunnels beach entrance.
