AC, Wi-Fi Panorama View Shahrazad Beach Apartment

لم يعجبنا اي شيء، كانت اقامة سىئة

الشقة كانت غير نظيفة و الفرش رائحته كريهه، والمعاملة عموماً والمعاملة في منتهى السوء مما اضطرنا الي قطع الرحلة والعودة من حيث اتينا، 🛑 لا انصح بهذا المكان، وهذا المكان مسىء الي سمعة شركة booking وجودة ما تقدمه من خدمات،

الواي فاي مكنش شغال وسيفون الحمام كان بايظ والمفروض اننا جاين نقضي وقت ممتع لما بعتنا انه السيفون بايظ جه السباك اشتغل واحنا موجودين ! الحمام كل حاجه فيه كانت بايظه وصاحب الشقه مهتمش انه يقابلنا ولا حتي يعتذر عن وجود سباك بيصلح في وجودنا واحنا المفروض رايحين يكون المكان مظبطه ومصلح اللي فيه عشان الناس اللي هتسكن !

The Apartament was clean and near to the beach. The view was very nice, the same as pictures, Mr. Amr is a very helpful and respectful man. The doorman was also so friendly. The neighborhood was not bad, and you can buy all your needs one time

The kitchen needs more equipment as it's a little bit poor and also I could find any big dish for laundry. But I enjoyed my stay 😉

رائع جدا

1) The view was just like in the picture, it was a breath taking by all means, was simply amazing! 2) The location was really good & close to everything. 3) The Wifi was really fast and didn't expect there would be a free internet so that's surely is a plus! 4) Mr.Amr(Owner) is really professional & kind hearted I was able to check in about 3 hours before the check-in time which was really sweet.

1) The Place wasn't really clean, or organized (Might be the fact that I've checked-in before my official arrivval time). 2) I have had a horrible experience in the check-out process with someone called Hossam (However I've complained about it to Mr.Amr and he will prevent him from dealing with anyone in the future) to prevent something like that from ever happening to someone else.
