Elevator access needed for 2nd and 3rd floors

The beds and linens were so comfortable that we made note of the brands. The staff was quick to communicate. Directions were clear in the guest book. Housekeeping did a spectacular job preparing the rooms. And, the water pressure of the showers was fantastic. We just loved the attention to detail in making us feel welcome!

As a shorty, it was difficult to reach above the first shelf of the cabinets for dishes, so a stool would have been appreciated. Also, a pitcher would be handy. I made tea in the 2 quart Pyrex bowl cause ice tea is a must.

Simply outstanding. Clean, bright, and conveniently located.

The cleaning fee was rather high in relation to the cost of the room. Ideally, elevators would have been great to get to the higher floors. It was challenging carrying luggage up two flights.

Walls were paper thin. In the primary bedroom especially you can hear the neighbors as if they’re in the room with you. Could honestly hear when they rolled over in their bed (squeaky mattress) and their conversations very very clearly. Kept us awake a good portion of the night (and this isn’t being a weekend Debbie downer, this was a Tu and Wed night)

Location was great

We only used the master bedroom w/master bathroom. The bed mattress seemed to slope. I think the floor is level but the matress made you feel as if if was leaning / sloping . We did not try the other bed to sleep in. Something you may want to check out
