Canal apartment at historic CityCenter Amersfoort

This is a lovely apartment in a large dwelling set by a canal and only a few minutes from the centre of the beautiful town of Amersfoort. It was exactly as described and the host Mandy could not have been more helpful. It has everything that you could possibly need for your stay. It was peaceful and the residents of Amersfoort in general could not have been anymore helpful or welcoming. It is certainly a place that we will visit again. We stayed for two nights but could have easily stayed for longer. It was the perfect experience for us at the end of an otherwise hectic and active holiday and the perfect place to chill and relax before our return home.

There is nothing that I can mention or suggest that is needed to improve your stay.

Located close to shops and eateries this well-appointed spacious apartment provided an excellent base for exploring this beautiful historic city. Highly recommended.

The location The comfort

Wonderful location right on canal, central but down the quiet end of the street, close to centre of town. Beautiful old town, small enough to explore it all on foot. Loved the washing machine/dryer in one. Fully equiped kitchen.

Up one flight of steep stairs so not so good carrying luggage up if elderly.
