The apartment was very nice with a very beautiful garden. The host was very kind. Close to the beach and the center of Asprovalta

Very quiet room (except from a dog that was scratching his nails on the floor above). Very very close to the sea and city's night life!

While the checkout was at 11AM, the owner knocked us the door at 10.25 in order to leave the room.

Everything was wonderful. The hosts are extremely kind people. They provided us access to the apartment and the terrace and garden too. Impeccable cleanliness, excellent location, close to the beach, as well as near restaurants and the city center. Parking was inluded. We felt amazing, and the hosts even gave us a surprise as a souvenir. Thank you! We will definitely come back.

This place have a perfect location, practically right on the beach! You'll find yourself just a half-minute away from the bustling central pedestrian zone and the sandy shores. Moreover, within a minute or two, you'll have access to a variety of charming eateries and local shops. Parking your car is a breeze, and the availability of on-site parking is truly convenient. The highlight of this gem is undoubtedly the delightful little garden, where you can start your mornings with a cup of coffee and bask in tranquility. The host is an absolute delight, radiating warmth and kindness. Always ready to assist and address any inquiries with a smile. If you're looking for the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a delightful summer vacation, this place is an absolute must!

In all honesty, if I were to point out one minor drawback, it would be the low ceiling height and compact size of the rooms. However, let me assure you, this is hardly an issue given the overall experience. So, while the ceiling might be a bit lower than usual, it's just a small trade-off for the delightful stay and wonderful memories you'll create here.

The apartment is really great! Very close to the sea, to the shops and restaurants. Very clean, comfortable, with a beautiful garden, parking on the property. No words to describe the host: he is simply the best we ever met. Thank you again Nikos, we just loved our stay and for sure we’ll be back

An excellent place to relax, quiet, very clean, arranged with taste. The apartment has two rooms and has everything you need described on the booking.com website. There is a separate garden only for those living in the apartment. In practice, you are completely separated from the hosts. Parking is in the yard in front of the apartment. The TV has all Bulgarian and all kinds of foreign language programs. The beach is 100 meters from the center. The hosts Niko and Maria are very responsive and you can count on them for everything! Niko and Maria, thank you for the very kind and warm welcome. We will be with you again next summer. Stay healthy and good luck!
