Location is good but prefer Empress Hotel which is very close.

Gym is very close and pool was dirty.

Great location, away from the busy areas but still close to everything, apartment was large and had all the things we needed for our stay.

The building is impeccable and very nice and clean, having a pool, gym, bath, washing machine and balcony is very nice and convenient for this price.

There is no person at the reception, all communication and service is done through what’sapp. The bathroom was smelling like urine so had to clean it the first day properly myself. Room door was not closing properly, got what’sapp instruction in 20 minutes.

Location was great, building itself is very good with a nice rooftop pool and gym. Apartment is very spacious.

Room was extremely dirty on arrival. Crumbs and dust all over the kitchen and countertop, dirty floors. Toiletries were not provided as advertised, no soap or shampoo. Shower towels were provided but never changed during our stay. No face/hand towels were provided at all. No pool towels were provided either. We had lots of issues with the lock in the room, it was simply not locking as it should. The keycard also failed to give us access to the common laundry area of the building and to the water station, so we had to overpay for market water.

1. Only 2 towels for 2 people for a 6 night stay. I had to buy two towels of my own so I can have a pair for that pool. I left them in the room, so hopefully others will use them. 2. The wifi was not working during our stay. We had to use our hotspot during the whole time for internet access. The owner did ask to comp me one cleaning day during our stay, but I declined since I’m a clean person. They did want to bring a tech over to fix the wifi, but the arrangements of time for visit was taking so much time of our vacation, we also declined that. He did try though. 3. We decide to check out 2 days early. Although I did not ask, the owner did not offer to comp me at least one night. After all the hassle, I was hoping for at least one night refunded.

Modern clean facilities close to lots of shopping ,restaurants and markets. Very secure premises.
