Very nicely furnished and well designed accommodation with small patio outside - ideal with a pet as there’s a bridle path leading to open countryside from the car park and plenty of waking area nearby.

We liked the place and it was enough for 3 days. Owners were flexible with check out which was much appreciated. It was cosy and close to many hiking paths, easy to find.

The road nearby is very loud which we didn't realise when we booked. The place could have been cleaner (windows when opened lots of flies, bugs, spider webs, fridge not clean, dirty oven, scratched frying pen) Terrace downstairs is overlooked by the downstairs place so not secluded or romantic at all with a spotlight motion sensor.

Very good size property, lovely location and is the ideal place to stay for visiting Chichester! Lovely local walks and a pub only a 10 min walk away.

The sofa in the piggery loft isn’t very comfortable and the bed is very soft! Some of the cooking equipment needs a clean as previous people who have stayed haven’t washed them properly.

Lovely and clean just what was needed. Nice quiet location

Only downside - bed mattresses are not comfortable.

The property was clean, bright and airy and had all the facilities you could possible want. It is situated in a good location for visits to Chichester, the coast and Portsmouth.

We booked at short notice so was ok for a couple of nights. Furnished with modern furniture. Sofa and bed wasn’t the most comfortable

Only improvement could have been a fan due to the unfortunate high temperatures over the week, more a failure on our end for not being prepared for weather!
